Director Of Youth Sports Programming & Game Day Operations

i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 3-17 in today's most popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. With our focus on fun, safety, convenience, and good sportsmanship, i9 Sports is reinventing the youth sports experience for families across the country. It's the way youth sports should be.

The Director of Youth Sports Programming & Game Day Operations works alongside other i9 Sports local Directors and the franchise owner to help kids succeed in life through sports! A successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of day-to-day operations of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, oversight of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, the Director of Youth Sports and Gameday Operations ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated. As the hired Director shows the ability to manage and grow within this role, the opportunity for advancement is tremendous.

  • Candidate MUST reside in one of the following territories : 1) South Denver Metro (Highlands Ranch, Parker & Littleton) 2) East Denver Metro (Centennial or Aurora) 3) Colorado Springs

Responsibilities

  • Oversee & assist in the execution of a business marketing plan
  • Manage / supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
  • Oversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
  • Weekend and late afternoon / night shifts are required for when "in-season."

    • Qualifications

  • Excellent communication & organization skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
  • Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to work a varied work schedule including some late afternoons / nights and weekends
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
  • Ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines.

    • Compensation : $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
