We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at our Apple Valley Dialysis in Mount Vernon, Ohio and our Heart of Marion Dialysis in Marion, Ohio.

Dialysis Experience Preferred but not Required

What does the LPN/LVN role entail?

• Clinic is open Mon - Sat with days starting as early as 4:00 am
• Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday's with Sunday off (schedule will be split between Mount Vernon and Marion, Ohio clinics)
• Average hours range from 10 to 12 hours a day
• Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
• Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town.

What does a successful LPN/LVN look like?

• Minimum of 1 year hospital or clinical experience
• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED with a current LPN-LVN license in the state you are applying
• Current CPR certification, IV certification required if required by state regulations.
• Dialysis experience preferred : BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT).
• Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in a fast paced setting as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities at a time
