We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using various hand and power tools and capable of reading and interpreting inspection reports. This role requires excellent physical stamina and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and install building frameworks, including siding, trim, roofing and doors.
- Read and interpret inspection reports, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate the materials required.
- Repair and replace existing structures, such as stairways, drywall, damaged framing, siding, trim and roofing.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations on all job sites.
