The Junior Analyst / Developer will provide analytical and instructional support while developing Army Vantage skills through hands-on execution. Emphasis is on growth, learning, and sustainment support.
All candidates shall possess an active Secret security clearance or be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Candidates without an active clearance may perform unclassified preparatory work while clearance processing is underway.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for military and civilian interaction
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person training and operational support
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, workflows, and operational contexts
- Team-oriented and capable of collaborating with diverse Army and contractor personnel

Assist with dashboard configuration, updates, and reuseSupport preparation of training materials and documentationAssist with data validation, quality checks, and sustainment artifactsSupport analytics handoff and institutional adoption effortsProgressively develop Army Vantage skills over the period of performanceAssist in preparation of training environments, datasets, and example dashboardsSupport logistics and execution of in-person and virtual training eventsHelp develop and update training documentation, job aids, and reference materialsAssist instructors during training sessions (e.g., troubleshooting, student support, setup / teardown)Perform data validation and quality checks on training datasets and dashboardsCapture training feedback and assist in documenting lessons learned and AAR inputsSupport reuse and sustainment of training materials and analytics productsProgressively take on limited instructional roles, such as walkthroughs or demonstrations, as skills matureMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or progress toward degree) in technical, analytical, or quantitative field0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships, labs, or academic projects)Foundational knowledge of Python or SQLUnderstanding of basic data analysis and visualization conceptsDemonstrated ability to learn new platforms and toolsStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications
Exposure to analytics platforms, dashboards, or scripting toolsCoursework in statistics, data science, or operations researchInterest in operational analytics and decision supportPrior military or government exposure (not required)
