A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage and deliver seamless implementations for various solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client projects to implement or enhance Employer Services solutions by defining business requirements and project charters
Manage project plans, documentation, milestones, and status communications to partners and leadership
Coordinate with teams, client SMEs, and vendors to drive progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed
Required Qualifications
4 years' experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting managing multiple complex projects
Experience with client data files and API-based integrations
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing client needs
Ownership of work and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Ideal experience includes WOTC, UCM, and / or Employment Verification services
