About the team and position

The Recruiter within our Operations Talent team provides professional recruitment services, to ensure our operations department(s) meets all staffing needs, and that all candidates and prospective employees have the best possible hiring experience! As a Recruiter for one or more of our Operations teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection / Reconditioning Centers, Market Operations, ADESA Auctions), you'll perform the full-cycle 360 recruitment process for various sites across the country - focusing mostly on filling skilled-level positions. Developing strong business relationships with your stakeholders and understanding their hiring needs is key. You'll see your insights and efforts have an immediate, tangible impact every day in an exciting and unique company.

Important Details :

This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at our corporate HQ in Tempe, Arizona.

• Upon hire, the Operations Recruiter will begin a required six month review and assessment period to ensure the consistent ability to meet role-specific performance and competency standards.
