Nursing Shift : 12 Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Unit : ICU (21 beds)

Patient Ratio : 2 : 1

EMR System : Cerner

Scrub Color : Navy

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1470 - $1570

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Tennessee RN license or multistate compact nursing license

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience

Previous travel nursing experience required

BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)

Strong clinical skills : ventilator management, vasoactive drips, lytics, critical patient assessment, tracheostomy, neuro, stroke, STEMI, sheath management

Ability to float to Med-Surg, Step Down, and Emergency Department units

Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (per travel nurse guidelines)

Willingness to work night shifts and provide call coverage

Maximum Requested Time Off (RTO) : 1 week total

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a 21-bed ICU

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond to rapidly changing clinical conditions

Administer and monitor vasoactive drips, manage ventilators, and provide advanced cardiac and neuro care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Float to Med-Surg, Step Down, and Emergency Department units as required

Accurately document all patient care in the Cerner EMR system

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and families
