Brighton Agency is looking for a Creative Director who can see the whole chessboard — and still cares about the kerning. You think in ideas, move with intention and know how to turn a good brief into work that actually earns attention, not just fills space.

What You’ll Do

• Lead concepting and creative development across everything we touch — digital, social, video, print, packaging and the occasional surprise curveball
• Translate client goals into creative that’s sharp, smart and unmistakably on brand
• Present ideas with clarity, confidence and a little sparkle
• Provide thoughtful direction and mentorship without ever steamrolling the room
• Keep the work aligned, on time and on point
• Bring a pulse on culture, design trends and what audiences actually care about

What You’ll Bring

• 8–12 years in advertising, marketing or design
• A portfolio with both brains and beauty — big ideas and strong execution
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite; CapCut, Figma or AI fluency earns bonus points
• The ability to think high-level and still sweat the details
• A collaborative, grounded approach to feedback and partnership
• A steady hand under pressure and a genuine interest in helping younger creatives grow
