Director, Laboratory Services

A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Laboratory Services to oversee consolidated hospital laboratory operations across a regional network. This is a key leadership role responsible for integrating pathology, transfusion medicine, point-of-care testing, regulatory compliance, and quality / safety functions across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage laboratory operations across several hospitals
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and implement performance improvement initiatives
  • Build and support a high-performing, positive, and collaborative team culture
  • Drive system-wide standardization and integration across all labs

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required; MHA or MBA in Healthcare preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of lab leadership experience in an integrated delivery system
  • Strong managerial and communication skills
  • Proven success in team building, strategic planning, and driving change
