As our Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in operationalizing and growing the program, ensuring seamless deal execution and partner satisfaction. This is a part-time, results-driven role with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership position with equity participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the co-sponsor deal pipeline from sourcing to execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between partners, investors, and internal teams.
• Track and report key program metrics, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies to scale the co-sponsor program.
