• Up to $326,000 annul base

Provides clinical direction and overall supervision of care delivered by Unit's Interdisciplinary Team consistent with ACA, completion of physical / psychiatric evaluations, DX, and treatment.

Minimum Qualifications

Medical doctor with a Virginia license

Board eligible / certified in psychiatric, internal medicine or family practice

Graduation from an accredited medical school

Considerable active medical treatment and management experience

Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills

Strong management and supervisory skills

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

Ability to work cooperatively with the nursing department and the allied health professionals in partnership with the Healthcare Administrator.

Previous correctional medical experience
