Description :

Home Care / Hospice Registered Nurse position with travel required.

The role involves case managing and taking a case load.

Mileage reimbursement is provided at the federal rate.

Travel throughout the day is mandatory, and candidates must have their own vehicle.

The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Candidates should expect to work some holidays.

Two supervisory references are required.

Candidates must keep requests for time off to a minimum and include any requests in the initial submission.

Experience in managing a case load is a necessity.

Modules must be completed within 30 days of the start date.

Completion of modules during the first 16 hours of orientation is non-billable.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate relevant skills and experience.

Consideration will be given to background checks on a case-by-case basis.

Travel pairs may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
