Job Title
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; or Cleveland, OH. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role supports lead advisory colleagues on construction and wrap-up accounts by understanding clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to deliver tailored solutions. Acts as the primary day-to-day contact, building strong client relationships while managing accounts and coordinating with internal teams and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth through cross-selling.
We will count on you to :
- Support advisory colleagues on construction / wrap-up books of business by understanding clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to effectively serve them.
- Utilize risk expertise and industry knowledge to review client exposures and loss experience, developing tailored solutions for standard client requirements.
- Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects, contributing to business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted business advisor.
- Manage an account load, coordinating with Service Offices, Client Executives, Risk Practices, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with Marsh's resources.
- Partner with Risk Practices on business placement, interact with insurers to secure proper documentation, and support account retention and growth through cross-selling.
- Maintain high quality in all client deliverables, including monitoring service delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on changing market conditions and actively contribute to the firm's knowledge base through internal communication within the product line.
What you need to have :
3+ years of insurance industry experience, including a minimum of 1 year in construction / wrap-upBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceP&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hireWhat makes you stand out :

The applicable base salary range for this role is $72,500 to $154,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
