Project Director
The Employee Assistance Program is a planned initiative to offer confidential counseling and support services to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) employees, addressing mental health, substance abuse, and workplace concerns through remote and virtual delivery.
Duties:
- Lead and manage all contract operations and performance
- Serve as main point of contact with NRC COR
- Oversee program staffing, compliance, and communication
- Designate and supervise Alternate Project Director as backup
- Maintain same-day responsiveness to NRC requests
Qualifications:
- Master's/Doctorate in mental health or health administration
- 10+ years healthcare admin experience
- 5+ years managing multi-state EAP programs
- CEAP preferred
