We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business at Valencia, CA .

Shift : Tuesday - Saturday, 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Job Summary :

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing routine analysis and laboratory testing procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

What you'll be doing :

• Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct routine data analysis, identifying potential errors and escalating to senior lab personnel.
• Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS system under guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in quality investigations, deviations, and resolutions.
• Prepare buffers and solutions for analysis as required.
• Guide entry-level staff on routine procedures and support onboarding of new hires.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and assist with training lab personnel.
• Communicate clearly and timely with cross-functional stakeholders.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $86,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time).
