I-20 Animal Medical Center is a well-established emergency and specialty hospital located in the heart of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We provide 24/7 emergency care along with general practice, boarding, grooming, and advanced dental services. Our team is committed to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and work-life balance.\n

Hospital Capabilities Include:\n

  • In-house laboratory\n
  • Digital radiography\n
  • Advanced ultrasound & echocardiography (portable & stationary)\n
  • Endoscopy & laparoscopy\n
  • Laser therapy\n
  • Backup oxygen and power generators\n
  • Support from an on-staff, residency-trained Veterinary Dentist\n

Position Overview:\n

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Veterinarian (DVM) to join our Overnight Emergency team. This role is ideal for veterinarians who thrive in emergency medicine and enjoy a collaborative, well-supported environment.\n

Schedule:\n

  • 4\tdays on / 4 days off\n
  • Overnight emergency shifts\n
  • True work-life balance with predictable scheduling\n

Compensation & Benefits:\n

  • Base salary starting at $160,000+\n
  • $25,000 sign-on bonus\n
  • Generous production percentage

Qualifications:\n

  • DVM or equivalent degree\n
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Texas\n
  • Emergency or urgent care experience preferred\n
  • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and critical care skills\n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities\n
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care\n
