Job Overview :

Cogent People Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support mission-critical healthcare initiatives through advanced data analysis, reporting, and system optimization. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in PL / SQL, healthcare data, and visualization tools, and will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions across enterprise-level projects.

This is a full-time position supporting Cogent People’s initiatives in the Healthcare domain.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth data analysis using PL / SQL in SQL Developer, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
• Design, develop, and execute reports, visualizations, and ad hoc queries to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end users to gather data requirements and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Leverage Amazon Workspaces to access infrastructure and perform development tasks efficiently.
• Manage and maintain code in GitLab, adhering to established version control and documentation standards.
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and acceptance testing on both personal and peer-developed PL / SQL code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Evaluate business processes, system architecture, and data workflows to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced data analysts, promoting consistency and adherence to best practices.
