Individuals must be able to attain and maintain a valid US Government Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) to be retained in the position./ppDuties Responsibilities:/pulliProject planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting/liliRequirements analysis and management/liliStakeholder coordination/liliData analysis, market surveys, and cost estimation/liliSupervision of personnel and requirements/li/ulpEducation Experience Requirements:/pulliMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management and Building Information Modeling (BIM)/liliDemonstrated expertise in civil engineering, architectural engineering, and facility planning/liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and develop recommendations/liliAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple agencies, stakeholders, and technical teams/li/ulpSkill Certification Requirements:/pulliFacility operations/liliTechnical civil engineering operations maintenance/liliBuilding Information modeling/liliTechnical drawings and documentation/liliProject Management/liliSupervisory/management/liliStrong written and oral communications/liliSupporting DoD facility projects or working with military mechanical system standards/liliFamiliarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliPosition requires sitting for long periods of time.
