A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze large-scale national Medicaid datasets using SQL and Python within a Databricks environment
Develop dashboards and visualizations to translate complex data into actionable insights for policy evaluation
Collaborate with data engineers and policy stakeholders to enhance data accessibility and analytical workflows
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus at least 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience
Proven experience with healthcare data structures, particularly in public-sector programs
Expert-level knowledge in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis
Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, specifically Databricks
Demonstrated expertise in creating data visualizations using Amazon QuickSight or Power BI
