A well-established community health center in Dayton is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, full-scope primary care to patients of all ages. We are seeking an experienced FNP with a minimum of two years of independent nurse practitioner practice . This requirement is firm, as the position calls for a confident provider comfortable managing a diverse patient panel.

Position Highlights :

Full-scope outpatient primary care

Diverse patient population across all ages

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday : 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Wednesday : 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

No weekends, no inpatient duties
