We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Campaign Coordinator (Fulfillment Coordinator) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and can seamlessly coordinate projects across multiple teams.

This is a full-time, remote, and night shift position (9 PM to 6 AM PH time).

What you'll do :

• Oversee the fulfillment of PR Packages for awards and special reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Keep client information and project progress organized to consistently meet deadlines.
• Review and approve client materials before release to maintain accuracy and quality.
