Electrical Engineer

A global leader in energy management and automation is actively seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is a 6-month contract and is a hybrid schedule requiring minimum 3 days onsite at the Andover, MA location, 8AM-5PM, so local candidates are a must.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 Year Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Good understanding of control electronic Products, specifically analog and digital circuits, and power electronics circuits with 8-10 years of experience.
• Support qualification of electronic components such as IGBTs, Magnetics, Thyristors, AC / DC capacitors, FAN's, etc.
• Knowledge of test equipment, CRO, AC Source, DC Source, Auto transformers, Multimeters, Data loggers.
• Ability to design and implement PCB designs that meet electrical, EMC, Safety, mechanical, thermal and DFA / DFM requirements of the System.
• Ability to generate alternate solutions during feasibility studies during PCB modifications.
