Strong knowledge of general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial reporting processes. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and detail-oriented development. Expertise in month-end close activities and preparation of financial statements. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; additional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software tools. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to diverse stakeholders.
Accounting Manager

Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial data to ensure accurate entries into general ledger accounts.
- Perform account reconciliations for key balance sheet and income statement items, such as cash, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate the collection and submission of financial information to the parent company.
- Support the annual financial audit by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Provide leadership and growth opportunities for a team of five accounting staff.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance accounting processes and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with management to prepare financial reports and address strategic business needs.
