Pay : $25 / hr | Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM

Type : Contract-to-Hire

Location : Owings Mills, MD

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on property equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with property staff and residents
