About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• State certification or licensure for teaching preschool-aged children.
• Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creativity and enthusiasm in implementing educational activities.
• Background check clearance and child CPR/First Aid certification required.
