Opportunity:

Socket Fiber is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Office Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Location:

The individual in this role will work at both Socket offices in Columbia;

· 2703 Clark Ln.

· 555 E Green Meadows Rd.

Key Responsibilities:

· Clean and sanitize office areas, including desks, floors, and common spaces

· Empty trash bins and replace liners

· Clean restrooms and replenish supplies

· Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment

· Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages

· Follow health and safety guidelines

· Regular reliable attendance

Desired Attributes:

· Previous cleaning experience preferred

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

· Attention to detail and reliability

· Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks

Experience/Knowledge Required:

· Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment

· Understanding of health and safety standards related to cleaning and sanitation

· Ability to follow instructions
