What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced, high-performing Automotive Sales Associate who :
Has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
Communicates confidently and builds strong customer relationships
Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric dealership
Works well on a team but is motivated by individual performance
Shows up with positive energy, professionalism, and integrity
Is coachable and hungry for growth opportunities
What You’ll Do
Engage showroom and digital leads with urgency and professionalism
Guide customers through the sales process, from needs assessment to delivery
Maintain product knowledge across a large new and used inventory
Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
Contribute to a culture of positivity, teamwork, and accountability
