Overview :

Seeking a Senior Aerospace Design Engineer to lead customer-facing design efforts, validate complex aerospace components, and support manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical design reviews with customer engineers and serve as the design / analysis expert.
• Interpret customer design specifications and develop solutions that meet performance and dimensional requirements, including variation analysis.
• Validate designs using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test stands; perform product testing.
• Fabricate development hardware, operate manufacturing equipment, and manage equipment needs.
• Monitor projects for compliance with cost and delivery goals.
• Support Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality by evaluating applications, manufacturability, performance, and safety.
• Improve and develop designs for manufacturability, considering tolerances, capabilities, and engineering changes.
• Ensure clarity of drawings, specifications, and routings for production teams.
