Chief of Staff to CRO

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic alignment across the Revenue organization by partnering with the CRO

Translate the CRO's priorities into structured workstreams with clear milestones and success metrics

Build and manage the operating cadence to ensure effective execution of business operations

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, and program leadership roles

Demonstrated ability to support and act as an extension of a senior executive

Proven experience in driving alignment and execution across cross-functional teams

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data

Familiarity with SaaS go-to-market motions is a strong plus
