Key Responsibilities :

Lead global financial consolidation and general ledger management within Oracle .

Conduct financial analysis, scenario modeling, and reporting to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Partner with business leaders to provide insights, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.

Prepare financial statements, lender reporting, and monitor capital expenditures versus budget.

Enhance financial models, processes, and reporting tools while supporting special projects and system implementations.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA or CPA preferred.

3-5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience with global consolidation responsibilities .

Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.

Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems.

Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
