This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators. With billions of dollars of spending influence and over 2000 suppliers, this department has transformed how supply chain and procurement add value to the hospitality industry. As the Director, Strategic Accounts NE, reporting into the Sr. Director, Account Management, you will oversee the success of an important customer account, under the HSM procurement program. You will be the primary contact for the customer's leadership team, while also leading a team of procurement professionals. You will partner with the customer's head of procurement and HSM leadership to set long term strategic objectives and address critical issues within the supply chain. You will be the first escalation point within HSM when there are supplier-related issues unable to be resolved by hotel Operations, or HSM Account Services teams.

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and / or position within the Company.
