    • Responsabilidades del miembro del equipo :

  • Interactuar con los clientes : recibir pedidos, procesar ventas y pagos, y resolver problemas de los clientes
  • Preparar productos alimenticios
  • Mantener la calidad del producto
  • Supervisar todo el equipo de servicio
  • Mantener estándares inquebrantables para un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro (según la Junta Laboral, regulaciones OSHA y estándares de la empresa)
  • Descargar, almacenar y mantener los niveles de inventario requeridos
  • Reconocimiento y motivación de campeones

    • Requisitos : ¡Los candidatos ideales deben querer divertirse sirviendo excelente comida a nuestros clientes!

  • Ser mayor de 16 años
  • Acceso a transporte confiable y puntual
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización
  • Destreza física requerida (capacidad para mover hasta 45 libras de un lugar a otro)
  • Fuerte asistencia y puntualidad son indispensables
  • Capacidad para operar una caja registradora y dar cambio a otros cajeros
  • Habilidades básicas de matemáticas
  • Finalización de certificación de capacitación
  • Entusiasmo y disposición para aprender
