Solar Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Solar Engineering Manager to lead technical strategy and engineering projects for solar and energy storage initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee preliminary layouts, energy modeling, and conceptual designs for solar projects

Conduct comprehensive QA / QC of designs to ensure consistency, constructability, and code compliance

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage engineering tasks and deliverables throughout project lifecycles

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of engineering or project engineering experience in solar PV or related sectors

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical design principles

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and PV modeling software

Demonstrated experience with PVsyst or equivalent tools for modeling and analysis
