Job Summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking an energetic and passionate Caf Manager to lead daily operations at the Butterbeer Bar inside the Harry Potter Shop Chicago. This unique destination brings the Wizarding World to life through immersive retail and dining experiences, where guests can enjoy the iconic taste of Butterbeer and a menu inspired by the stories they love.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily caf operations, ensuring a warm and engaging guest experience that reflects the spirit of the Wizarding World.

Lead, train, and inspire a team of baristas and service staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and efficient service.

Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Partner with culinary and retail teams to coordinate menu offerings, special events, and promotional activations.

Handle scheduling, payroll, and daily reporting to support smooth and consistent operations.

Foster a positive, inclusive workplace where creativity, teamwork, and guest satisfaction thrive.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of caf, quick-service, or restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage both team members and guests.

Proven ability to manage labor, food, and beverage costs effectively.

Enthusiasm for pop culture, themed experiences, or immersive hospitality concepts.

ServSafe certification preferred.
