RN Faculty Instructor

A company is looking for a Full-Time Faculty Instructor, Pre-Licensure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop instructional materials and facilitate engaging virtual events aligned with learning objectives

Provide one-on-one virtual coaching and proactive support to students to achieve their academic and career goals

Participate in faculty development and facilitate student communities for collaboration and support

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in Nursing with applicable licenses or certifications

Active, unencumbered compact / multistate RN licensure

Three years of successful academic practice with Prelicensure or Undergraduate Nursing students, including one year of online faculty experience

Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Adult Health and Critical Care Nursing

Availability to work a student-centered schedule, including evenings and weekends
