Key Responsibilities
Review, update, and maintain client accounts while ensuring compliance with industry policies
Answer incoming calls regarding client account and compliance inquiries
Assist management in improving department productivity and maintain weekly statistical reports
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
General understanding of operations and industry regulations
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to operate standard office equipment and software applications
Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MBps
