Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine processes, playbooks, and automations to maximize customer impact
Attract, develop, and empower a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
Build collaborative partnerships with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer success alignment
Required Qualifications
2+ years of people management experience in a customer-facing role
10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Account Management
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders
Experience in the tech industry and relevant subject-matter expertise
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical or engineering field
