Great Atmosphere! Flexible Schedules! 401(k), Paid Sick Leave for all employees and Holiday Pay! $17.00 - $17.75 base wage to start! Productivity, Retail Commission, Customer Return Bonuses and GREAT Tips (stylists average between $6-18 / hour in tips & bonuses)! (Must have a valid WA State Cosmetology or barber's license.)

Hair Stylist / Barber Qualifications :

  • Cosmetology License and / or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state / province)
  • The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
  • The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
  • The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
