Facilities Maintenance Manager

Job Description The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, administering, and directing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services, as well as developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet clients needs at a detox facility. Maintains facility cleanliness and appearance through regular housekeeping duties in all assigned areas, ensuring compliance with Aramark, client, and regulatory standards. Job Responsibilities Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Develops and maintains effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships. Adopts all Aramark processes and systems, eliminate custom / manual reports. Operates industrial floor care equipment as assigned and according to schedule for cleaning of large area of floor surface. Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Properly processes all municipal solid waste (MSW), infectious, and pharmaceutical waste including rendering infectious waste as MSW. Follows all Aramark safety standards, sanitation, and infection control standards and procedures and requirements by the appropriate accredited local agencies. Ensures compliance with appropriate infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.

• Determine the needs of the clients' operation and ensure that the appropriate Aramark resources are engaged. Mentor employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved. Reward and recognize employees. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client's regulations. Qualifications Requires 1-3 years of related experience and 0-2 years? experience in management role. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related roles and knowledge of floor care equipment and use is preferred.
