We are currently looking for dynamic, outgoing, friendly individuals to join our team. Now hiring court monitors, cashiers and party hosts. A team member at Altitude will work directly with customers to provide a courteous, friendly, and professional park experience. They must have great attention to detail and safety, while still maintaining a fun environment.

Safety training will be provided. Having a safe, clean environment is our #1 priority.

Job Responsibilities / Qualifications :

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all park guests
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Available nights and weekends
  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute towards a quality team work environment
  • Ability to communicate with the team and customers on safety issues / rules and regulations
  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction

    • Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year customer service preferred

    • Salary :

  • Court Monitor : $10 - $13 per hour
  • Cashier : $10 - $13 per hour
  • Party Host : $10 - $18

    • Hours :

  • Part-time, varied schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
