Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy for ensuring robust releases across clients and infrastructure

Coordinate with diverse organizations, including core developers, network operators, and application developers

Perform infrastructure engineering, devops, test management, and performance testing to ensure stable releases

Required Qualifications

Experience contributing to the Solana network or its application ecosystem

Strong coding background, preferably proficient in Rust and C

Knowledge of network testing frameworks and methodologies

Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance

Experience in developer platforms like GitHub
