About the Role :

The Flatwork / DryFold position is essential in ensuring the efficient processing and handling of laundered textiles, primarily focusing on flatwork items such as sheets, tablecloths, and other large fabric pieces. The role involves operating specialized machinery to dry, fold, and prepare these items for delivery or further processing, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Attention to detail is critical, as the employee must identify and address any imperfections or damages in the textiles. This position contributes directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring that all flatwork items are clean, neatly folded, and ready for use. The role requires physical stamina, precision, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment to meet production goals and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications :
