Position : Contract Office Manager
Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 / hour, depending on experience
Shifts : Standard Business Hours, Full-Time
Benefits : Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision
Duration : Four months
The Lee Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Office Manager for a valued client in Newport News, VA . This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional with a strong background in bookkeeping, office administration, and customer service. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Sage 50 accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite , including Word, Excel, and Outlook. This is a full-time, on-site position beginning January 6, 2025 .
As the Contract Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the business. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day office functions, ensuring timely communication with vendors and customers, and providing top-tier customer support while also supporting HR and payroll functions.
