Carrier Account Manager

A company is looking for a Carrier Account Manager (Remote in USA).

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with commercial insurance carriers

Prepare and monitor budget and revenue expectations for assigned carriers

Coordinate communication with health insurance payors and vendors, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in developing strategic relationships with payors and insurance carriers

Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare, along with HIPAA privacy and security rules

Experience working with compliance and legal departments

Familiarity with the Health insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) process

Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SQL, and company databases
