What You'll Do :

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, serving as a consultant throughout the buying journey.
• Master the art of needs assessment to match the perfect vehiclewhether it's from our Quality Pre-Owned selection or the flexible Lease-It-Own-It programwith the customer's financial and lifestyle requirements.
• Proactively follow up with potential leads and past customers via phone.
• Conduct phone calls with a clear, defined goal for each conversation (e.g., setting an appointment, gathering key information, or closing a deal).
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, showcasing both our standard inventory and the flexible Lease-It-Own-It program.
• Conduct test drives and effectively demonstrate vehicle features.
• Negotiate and finalize sales, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and financing options, especially regarding the Lease-It-Own-It structure.
