Certified Coding Manager

A company is looking for a Coding Manager - Practice Operations for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of certified coders in clinical departments

Conduct advanced auditing and provide training on medical coding standards

Ensure compliance with coding regulations and assist with medical record audits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

At least seven years of coding experience

CPC or CCS-P certification required

Strong knowledge of CMS rules and regulations

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
