ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a customer service representative with Alita Ameneyro Insurance Agency, Inc., you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

HOURS : Part-time or full-time available

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Pivot and sell to insurance products.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must currently possess a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life, Accident & Health license within 60 days of hire

This is a remote position.

Compensation : $47,125.00 - $66,550.00 per year
