A company is looking for an Associate Administrator Systems Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Provision and manage access in systems such as Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Office 365
Conduct industry audits and provide end-user support for various applications
Perform regression testing, UATs, and conduct internal training sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365
Technical training or experience in supporting PC software configuration and troubleshooting
Experience in a BPO company
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
