[job_card.job_description]Manage all aspects of medical billing, including claims submission, payment posting, and insurance follow-ups Maintain accurate patient and payer account records while reconciling accounts receivable and payable Oversee bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, general ledger maintenance, and monthly financial reporting Collaborate with leadership to prepare quarterly management and compliance reports Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks such as clinician credentialing, employee onboarding, and insurance enrollment Ensure adherence to healthcare billing regulations, accounting standards, and internal compliance policies Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5+ years of bookkeeping or medical billing experience; or 10+ years of equivalent hands-on experience Proven experience in healthcare finance or medical billing operations, including claim submission and reconciliation Familiarity with payer requirements, EOBs, and compliance documentation Advanced QuickBooks proficiency (AP / AR, journal entries, class tracking, refunds, reconciliations) Prior experience in a multi-provider medical practice or outpatient care setting Experience with EHR or practice management systems such as Kareo, Athenahealth, or AdvancedMD Exposure to HR systems and payroll support in a medical office setting
