Pediatrics - Boston Suburb Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking two BC / BE Pediatricians to join their team Base salary : $200,000+ $20K Sign on bonus Full time position - 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours weekly Call taken once per week - NP takes first call for patient calls and physicians take second call for ER, admissions, and births Round once per week and every 7-8 weekends once fully staffed. Time spent rounding is counted as part of the weekly clinical hours -time blocked off from clinic until 10-10 : 30 am Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement with employer match, NHSC loan repayment, PTO, and more! Up to 75K annually after first year of employment with NHSC and HRSA loan programs. Up to 80K annually if able to speak Spanish. 31 days of PTO annually plus 12 paid holidays, 5 sick days and 5 CME days. EPIC EMR Clinic was started in 1971 and is very established.
